Barcy gave up a career making movies to take the reigns of the brokerage company her father started thirty years ago. She became a Certified Transportation Broker in 2001, and was elected a board member of Transportation Intermediaries Association in 2007. Barcy recently has met with our congressmen and senators to offer advice about the state of the transportation industry. She also spearheaded the addition of H and W Trucking's expansion into international shipping as well as adding a regional Expedited Service.
Bored with making black and white movies, Dino came back to Ohio to begin his career in the freight business in 1988. Dino has been a driver, a dispatcher, and is currently one of the owners of H and W Trucking, Inc. Dino uses his long time experience and vast knowledge of the industry to move our freight around the world.

Greg can't make up his mind if he wants to keep quarterbacking the world champions or keep having fun in the freight business.
Before his football career, he worked as a driver, Center Supervisor, Center Manager, and a District Customer Service Manager at United Parcel Service before joining our staff four years ago.
Greg is our marketing person, our web master, sales guy, marketing dude, and secretary, who may be answering the phone when you call our office.
Kevin got tired of dealing with over paid and spoiled athletes so he brought his coaching and dispatching skills to H & W four years ago, after doing the same at Ecolab.
He works with our state-of-the art dispatch software to match freight loads and drivers across the country and around the world.
Linda takes a break from being a super hero, to come to our office to manage our Accounts Payable and Receivable departments.
She works closely with our agents and carriers to ensure accurate and timely settlements.
